Japan 2024 Elderly and Welfare Exhibition (HCR), exhibition time: October 2,2024, exhibition place: Japan-Tokyo-3-21-1 Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo 135-0063, Japan-Tokyo Youming International Convention and Exhibition Center, organizer: Tokyo Youming International Convention and Exhibition Center, holding cycle: one year, exhibition area: 51380 square meters, audience: 121,528, the number of exhibitors and brands reached 526.

As early as more than 40 years ago, the Japanese government began to promote the revitalization of the supplies industry for the elderly and the disabled by dealing with the waist injury of elderly care workers, reducing their labor intensity and promoting the recovery of the elderly. To this end, Japan's Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare held the first International Welfare Machine Exhibition (equipment, appliances, supplies) exhibition in 1974, which has been held for 44 sessions. With the rapid expansion of the exhibition's worldwide influence, it was upgraded to an international fair in 1986.

There are 526 participating enterprises. More than 79 Japanese enterprises from 15 countries such as Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, Turkey, Australia, the United States, Canada, Mexico, South Korea, China (including Taiwan, China) participated in the exhibition, and 447 Japanese local enterprises. In 2017, the exhibition covers a total area of 51,380 square meters and has 121,528 professional visitors, which is worthy of being the largest welfare machinery and supplies Expo in Asia. Since 2013, Chinese professional visitors have paid more attention to the exhibition, visiting the exhibition hall, exchanging experience, negotiating procurement and sales agency.

早在40多年前日本政府从应对养老护理人员腰部损伤，降低其劳动强度，促进老人恢复自立等方面考虑，开始致力于推动老人及残疾人用品产业振兴。为此，日本厚生劳动省于1974年首次举办了国际福祉机器展(器械、器具、用品)展会，至今已经举办了44届。随着该展会在世界范围内影响力的迅速扩大，于1986年升级为国际博览会。

展会参展企业有526家。来自英国、德国、法国、意大利、瑞典、挪威、荷兰、瑞士、丹麦、土耳其、澳大利亚、美国、加拿大、墨西哥、韩国、中国（含中国台湾）等15个国家的79余家日本之外的企业参展,日本本土企业447家。2017年展出总面积51380平方米，到场专业观众12万1528人，不愧为是亚洲最大福祉机器和用品博览会。从2013年开始，中国专业观众对此展会的关注度剧增，到展馆参观考察、交流体验，并洽谈采购、代理销售等。
