It includes a multi-sports and entertainment venue with a capacity of 15,000 spectators (making it the largest full-time venue used by the Kontinental Hockey League), a speed skating arena with a capacity of 3,000 spectators, and an indoor velodrome with a capacity of 2,000 spectators.
